[1125] Dependent on a mundane (lokiya) wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma), a mundane wholesome phenomenon arises through root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a supramundane (lokuttara) wholesome phenomenon, a supramundane wholesome phenomenon arises through root condition.
