[1770] Dependent on a fixed (niyata) wholesome phenomenon (dhamma), a fixed wholesome phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a not-fixed (aniyata) wholesome phenomenon, a not-fixed wholesome phenomenon arises by root condition.
