[1779] Dependent on a surpassable (sa-uttara) wholesome phenomenon (dhamma), a surpassable wholesome phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on an unsurpassable (anuttara) wholesome phenomenon, an unsurpassable wholesome phenomenon arises by root condition.
