[1798] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is with conflict (saraṇa) and associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (vedanā), there arises a phenomenon that is with conflict and associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a phenomenon that is without conflict (araṇa) and associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, there arises a phenomenon that is without conflict and associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, by root condition.
