[1838] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is with conflict (saraṇa) and has a root to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon that is with conflict and has a root to be abandoned by development — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
