[407] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) and whose root is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon that is a root and whose root is to be abandoned by seeing — not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccaya).
