[365] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), a phenomenon that is a root (hetu) and is to be abandoned by seeing arises — not by root condition (na hetupaccayā).
