[433] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na hetu) and has roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon that is not a root and has roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development — not from root condition (na hetupaccayā).
