[366] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) and is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), there arises a phenomenon that is a root and is to be abandoned by seeing, not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccaya): nine.
