[305] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) and is without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), there arises a phenomenon that is a root and is without thought-conception and without discursive thought, not by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): nine.
