[814] Dependent on an internal (ajjhatta) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (hetu), an internal phenomenon that is not a root arises — not by root condition (na-hetupaccaya). Dependent on an internal phenomenon that is not a root, an internal phenomenon that is a root arises — not by root condition.
