[1156] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) that is associated with roots (hetusampayutta), a phenomenon that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and is not associated with roots (na-hetusampayutta) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
