[1362] Conditioned by (paccayā) a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
