[1415] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not associated with roots (na-hetusampayutta) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon associated with roots (hetusampayutta) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
