[1459] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not without an object (na-anārammaṇa) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon without an object (anārammaṇa) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
