[1431] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not with impingement (na-sappaṭigha) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon with impingement (sappaṭigha) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
