[1454] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a hindrance (na-nīvaraṇa) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon that is a hindrance (nīvaraṇa) and is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
