[71] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not impinging (na-sappaṭigha) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon that is not impinging by root condition (hetu-paccaya). A phenomenon that is not impinging is a condition for a phenomenon that is not non-impinging (na-appaṭigha) by root condition. A phenomenon that is not impinging is a condition for a phenomenon that is not impinging and a phenomenon that is not non-impinging by root condition.
