[72] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not impinging (na-sappaṭigha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not impinging by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya). A phenomenon that is not non-impinging (na-appaṭigha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not non-impinging by object condition.
