[769] Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) whose roots are to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka), a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon whose roots are not to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
