[775] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not leading to accumulation (na-ācayagāmī) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
