[804] Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata), a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not fixed in wrongness (na-micchattaniyata) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
