[903] A root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by roots (sahetuka) is a condition (paccaya) for a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not accompanied by roots (na-sahetuka) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya). A not-root phenomenon accompanied by roots is a condition for a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not accompanied by roots by object condition. A root phenomenon accompanied by roots is a condition for a not-root phenomenon that is not accompanied by roots and a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not accompanied by roots by object condition. A not-root phenomenon accompanied by roots is a condition for a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not accompanied by roots by object condition. A not-root phenomenon accompanied by roots is a condition for a not-root phenomenon that is not accompanied by roots by object condition. A not-root phenomenon accompanied by roots is a condition for a not-root phenomenon that is not accompanied by roots and a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not accompanied by roots by object condition.
