[962] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is associated with taints but not a taint (āsavasampayuttañceva-no-ca-āsava), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not dissociated from taints and not a not-taint (na-āsavavippayuttañceva-na-no-ca-āsava) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
