[1275] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not both-dissociated-from-taints-and-not-a-taint (na-āsavavippayuttañceva-na-no-ca-āsava) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is associated with taints but not a taint (āsavasampayuttañceva-no-ca-āsava) and is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
