[17] Bhikkhus, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammakamma), an act in accordance with the Discipline (vinayakamma), and well settled: it is done for an offence (āpatti); it is done for an offence entailing confession (desanāgāminī); it is done for an offence that has not been confessed.
Bhikkhus, an act of censure possessed of these three factors is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Discipline, and well settled.
