[18] Bhikkhus, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is well settled: it is done after having made the accusation; it is done after having made him recall (the offence); it is done after having charged him with the offence. Bhikkhus, an act of censure possessed of these three factors is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is well settled.
