[18] Bhikkhus, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is well settled: it is done after having made the accusation; it is done after having made him recall (the offence); it is done after having charged him with the offence.
