[20] Bhikkhus, when it possesses three further factors, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is well settled: it is done after questioning; it is done in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by a united [Saṅgha]. Bhikkhus, when it possesses these three factors, an act of censure is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is well settled.
