[21] Bhikkhus, when it possesses three further factors, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and well settled: it is done upon acknowledgment (paṭiññā); it is done in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by one that is united. Bhikkhus, when it possesses these three factors, an act of censure is an act in accordance with the Dhamma, an act in accordance with the Vinaya, and well settled.
