[250] Endowed with three further factors … it is done after the offense (āpatti) has been charged; it is done in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by a united [Saṅgha]. Bhikkhus, an act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not making amends for an offense that is endowed with these three factors is a legitimate act (dhammakamma), an act in accordance with the Discipline (vinayakamma), and well settled.
The twelve sets on legitimate acts in the act of suspension for not making amends for an offense are finished.
