[623] Bhikkhus, … also for three further bhikkhus …: one speaks in dispraise of the Buddha, one speaks in dispraise of the Dhamma, one speaks in dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, if it wishes, the Saṅgha may carry out the act of censure for aggravated misconduct (tassapāpiyasikākamma) against these three bhikkhus.
