Kammakkhandhaka

[30] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses three further qualities, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) against him: he speaks dispraise of the Buddha; he speaks dispraise of the Dhamma; he speaks dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these three qualities, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of censure against him.
