Niyasakamma

[71] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses three further qualities, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may impose on him an act of demotion (niyassakamma): he speaks in dispraise of the Buddha; he speaks in dispraise of the Dhamma; he speaks in dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these three qualities, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may impose on him an act of demotion.
