[114] Bhikkhus, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against three further bhikkhus: one speaks dispraise of the Buddha, one speaks dispraise of the Dhamma, one speaks dispraise of the Saṅgha. Against these three bhikkhus, bhikkhus, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment.
