[113] Bhikkhus, if it wishes, the Saṅgha may also carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against three further bhikkhus: one who is failed in virtue regarding higher virtue (adhisīla); one who is failed in conduct regarding higher conduct (ajjhācāra); one who is failed in view regarding extreme view (atidiṭṭhi). Bhikkhus, against these three bhikkhus, if it wishes, the Saṅgha may carry out an act of banishment.
