[32] Bhikkhus, if it wishes, the Saṅgha may impose the act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) upon three further bhikkhus: one is failed in virtue with respect to higher virtue (adhisīla); one is failed in conduct with respect to higher conduct (ajjhācāra); one is failed in view with respect to extreme view (atidiṭṭhi). Upon these three bhikkhus, bhikkhus, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may impose the act of censure.
