[115] Bhikkhus, the Saṅgha (saṅgha), if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against three further bhikkhus: one is possessed of frivolity (dava) of body; one is possessed of frivolity of speech; one is possessed of frivolity of body and speech. Against these three bhikkhus, bhikkhus, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment.
