[107] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of three further factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against him: he speaks dispraise of the Buddha, he speaks dispraise of the Dhamma, he speaks dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these three factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out an act of banishment against him.
