[108] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of three further factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against him: he is possessed of bodily frivolity (dava); he is possessed of verbal frivolity; he is possessed of frivolity of body and speech.
Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these three factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out an act of banishment against him.
