Pabbājanīyakamma

[109] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses three further factors, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) against him: (1) he engages in improper conduct (anācāra) by body; (2) he engages in improper conduct by speech; (3) he engages in improper conduct by body and speech. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these three factors, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out an act of banishment against him. [The Sixth Section]
