[202] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of three further factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out against him an act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti): he speaks in dispraise of the Buddha; he speaks in dispraise of the Dhamma; he speaks in dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these three factors, the Saṅgha, if it so wishes, may carry out against him an act of suspension for not seeing an offense.
