[651] Then the Venerable Revata informed the Saṅgha (saṅgha): "Venerable sirs, let the Saṅgha listen to me. If it is the right time for the Saṅgha, I would question the Venerable Sabbakāmī on the Vinaya." The Venerable Sabbakāmī informed the Saṅgha: "Friends, let the Saṅgha listen to me. If it is the right time for the Saṅgha, I, being questioned on the Vinaya by Revata, would answer."
