[484] "Where was the saṅghādisesa (saṅghādisesa) laid down on account of a bhikkhu who is difficult to admonish (dubbaca) not relinquishing his course when formally admonished (samanubhāsanā) up to the third time?"
"It was laid down at Kosambī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the Venerable Channa."
"On account of what matter?"
"On the matter of the Venerable Channa, when being legitimately spoken to by the bhikkhus, making himself one who could not be spoken to."
There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises by one origin: it arises from body, from speech, and from mind (citta).
