[519] "Where was the saṅghādisesa for ordaining a criminal woman (corī) laid down?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." — "Regarding what matter?" — "Regarding the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā ordaining a criminal woman." There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through two origins: it may arise from speech and from mind, not from body; it may arise from body, from speech, and from mind.
