Rattandhakāravagga

Vinayapiṭaka · Parivāra · Vol. 8 · Section 555

[555] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for a bhikkhunī who stands together with a man, one with one, in a street, in a blind alley, or at a crossroads?" "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." "Concerning whom?" "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." "In what matter?" "In the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā stood together with a man, one with one, in a street, in a blind alley, and at a crossroads." There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it originates from two origins (as in the Theyyasattha rule).
