[601] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for a bhikkhunī who, without having obtained permission from the Saṅgha or a group, has a boil or a wound that has arisen in the groin (pasākha) lanced by a man, one with one?"
"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning a certain bhikkhunī."
"On account of what matter?"
"On the matter that a certain bhikkhunī, one with one together with a man, had a boil that had arisen in her groin lanced."
There is one laying-down. Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through two origins (as in the Kaṭhina rule).
The Ārāma Chapter, the sixth, is concluded.
