"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning several bhikkhunīs."
"Regarding what matter?"
"Regarding the matter that several bhikkhunīs ordained a pregnant woman."
There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through three origins.
