[604] "The offense entailing expiation (pācittiya) for one who ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a probationer (sikkhamānā) who has not trained for two years in the six rules (cha dhammā) — where was it laid down?"
"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning several bhikkhunīs."
"On account of what matter?"
"On the matter that several bhikkhunīs ordained a probationer who had not trained for two years in the six rules."
There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises by three origins.
