[622] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for one who ordains a sikkhamānā by means of the giving of a stale consent (pārivāsikacchandadāna)?" "It was laid down at Rājagaha." "Concerning whom?" "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." "On account of what matter?" "On the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā ordaining a sikkhamānā by means of the giving of a stale consent." There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offences, it arises through three origins.
