[614] "Where was the offense entailing expiation (pācittiya) laid down for a bhikkhunī who ordains a maiden (kumārībhūtā) who has completed twenty years and who has trained for two years in the six rules (cha dhammā), but who has not been agreed upon by the Saṅgha?"
"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning several bhikkhunīs."
"On account of what matter?"
"On account of the matter that several bhikkhunīs ordained a maiden who had completed twenty years and who had trained for two years in the six rules, but who had not been agreed upon by the Saṅgha."
There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it originates through three origins.
